Participants hope that our province can give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities, accelerate the construction of information technology; promote the supply-side reform of the textile industry around the three-product strategy; improve the mechanism, management, services, channels, etc., to create high-precision products; Resources sharing, complementary advantages, and formation of coordinated development; strengthening the construction of industrial clusters, attracting foreign textile companies to invest.
Gao Yong, secretary of the Party Committee of China National Textile and Apparel Council, introduced the situation of China's textile industry and its hope for Shaanxi textile industry. He said that the development trend of textile enterprises is that the order production capacity will be concentrated to large enterprises and the large-scale textile enterprise industry chain will be expanded to both ends to complete the control of raw materials and markets. The rise of the concept of large fiber requires the vigorous development of industrial textiles.

The inauguration ceremony of “Shaanxi New Fiber Innovation Alliance” and “Shaanxi Province New Textile Machinery Innovation Alliance” was established. At the same time, Xi'an Engineering University and Shaanxi Changling Textile Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. signed a "four main body and one united" school and enterprise to build a new research and development platform - Shaanxi Province Intelligent Textile Equipment Research Institute cooperation agreement.
